About Lisa

Hello, my name is Lisa Matrale and I am Interior Design Consultant for Ethan Allen in Watchung, NJ. My passion for interior design stems from being dedicated to challenging the boundaries of the creative standard. I have collaborated with design teams while being independently driven as an entrepreneur and have serviced hundreds of clients over the entirety of my career. My strong sense of bold colors matches my personality and that's what enhances my out look on life. I joined Ethan Allen in 2019 after graduating from Sacred Heart University with a bachelor’s degree in Art & Design and minors in photography and music. Since then I been recognized for my design expertise, including winning Ethan Allen’s Diamond Spirit Award in 2021, 2022 and now again in December of 2023. I am also featured bi-monthly in local a magazine since August 2022. My clients have noted I supply outstanding design service which has led me to be honored as one of three recipients of Ethan Allen’s 2021 Rising Star Award. To know me means you understand my color sense influences my design aesthetic.
